- Include your company name and a contact phone number.
- Tell us the products or specifications you need, quantities and preferred timeframe.
- For Microsoft 365, include the licence type and number of users if known.

General enquiries and order support
For product questions, compatibility advice, delivery updates, order changes, cancellations, returns or warranty enquiries, use our contact form or email us.
- For an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- For product questions, include the product name or part number.
- For a fault or warranty enquiry, describe the issue and include your order number. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
