MADNICS PTY LTD delivers physical products within Australia. All amounts below are in Australian dollars and include GST. Order thresholds include GST.

Delivery estimates include processing and transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay affecting your order.

Shipping options and total delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Check your address carefully. Email sales@madnics.com.au promptly for address-change requests; we will confirm whether the change is possible.

Products requiring specialised freight, including a tail-lift truck, require an individual delivery quote and are excluded from standard flat-rate and free-shipping offers. Any such product must be identified before purchase; contact us before ordering.

For missing orders, transit damage or delivery concerns, email sales@madnics.com.au with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits Australian Consumer Law rights.
